Aventino Guest House is delighted to present its new dependance, which can comfortably accommodate families and groups (up to 5 people) just a step from the Colosseum.

The historic building in Via di San Giovanni in Laterano in the heart of historical and archeological Rome- is the perfect set for our cosy flat, which offers its facilities to tourist and off-site workers. All windows face a courtyard, making the house incredibly quiet.

The flat is composed of a hallway and a living room (with a king-size sofa-bed), a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen.

A weekly cleaning and change of towels and linen is included.

High season (from 31 March to 09 July, from 02 September to 29 October, from 21 December to 06 January):

• 2-3 people: €120.00
• 4-5 people: €160.00

Low season (from 07 January to 30 March, from 10 July to 01 September, from 30 October to 20 December):

• 2/3 people: €100.00
• 4 people: €120.00
• 5 people: €140.00
